Milestone Neurodevelopment Center was created with the goal of providing better, more comprehensive support for families affected by neurodevelopmental disabilities. Families struggling with neurodevelopmental disabilities require specialized services that are not often available through traditional clinics. As clinicians and parents, we have years of experience working with these populations, expertise in treating and working with families affected by these disorders, and a strong desire to provide meaningful, relevant treatment options to address problems at home and in school. We hope, over time, to be able to provide all of the services needed for families affected by ADHD, Autism and Learning Disabilities in one location with a collaborative team of providers at your service.

Nicole Miles, MS – Office Manager, Parent Coach, Advocate
Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from BYU-Hawaii and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Utah State University. Nicole spent several years teaching special education in Salt Lake School District in Elementary and Middle school settings. She spent time in resource classrooms, but spent the majority of her teaching time working with students with severe behavioral and emotional disabilities. Since she left the public education setting, she has spent the last 14 years raising 3 children with ADHD+ and helping them navigate the school system with their unique needs.
The last few years she has expanded into parent coaching helping other families with ADHD to understand ADHD, set up good systems at home and get the support they need at school. She is now running our office and supporting families through our parenting group, parent coaching and special education advocacy.
Nicole loves hanging out at the skatepark, baseball field and rock climbing gym with her boys. She loves the ocean, photography, Hawaii, Paris and planning future vacations.
